Report from WTM London: Our Company at the World’s Largest Travel Trade Show

November 8, 2024

We are thrilled to share the news of our participation in the World Travel Market (WTM) in London, one of the most significant events in the tourism industry worldwide. For us, as a tour company organizing trips from Krakow, this experience was incredibly inspiring and full of new opportunities.

Why is WTM London so important?

WTM London offers three days of intensive meetings, lectures, and workshops, bringing together representatives from the tourism industry around the globe. It’s a place where new business relationships are forged, and trends and growth opportunities are discussed. This year, the event attracted thousands of exhibitors, suppliers, and tour operators from across the world, and we had the chance to present our tours from Krakow as an authentic, local travel guide.

What did we gain from participating in WTM London?

New Contacts and Collaborations: We had the opportunity to network with other travel agencies, which could lead to future partnerships and greater accessibility to our tours for visitors from around the world.

Understanding Trends and Traveler Needs:
WTM is the ideal place to learn about current trends in tourism and the preferences of modern travelers. The insights we gained will be valuable in further developing our offerings to better meet the expectations of visitors to Krakow and its surroundings.

Inspiration for the Future: Meeting with other industry representatives allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of global shifts in tourism, such as the growing importance of sustainable travel, service personalization, and the role of new technologies in trip planning. These experiences will shape our future strategy and offerings to better serve our clients’ needs.

What Can Our Clients Expect?

Our company is committed to offering tours that are not only comfortable but also educational and inspiring. With the contacts and knowledge gained from WTM, we can better fulfill our mission and create unforgettable experiences for tourists visiting Poland. The coming year promises a range of exciting developments and improvements to our offerings—stay tuned!

We invite you to follow our updates and new developments.

When one thinks of Krakow, picturesque markets, the grand Wawel Castle, and exquisite churches often come to mind. However, the city holds somber memories from World War II. One place that serves as a poignant reminder of these historical events is Schindler's Factory, now known as the Museum of Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory.
