You don't have too much time but want to see the essentials of Krakow? Instead of long walks around Krakow, a cart trip may be a good choice. In a golf cart-like electric vehicle you can sightsee even the narrowest street of Krakow, as its compact size can access the places regular cars wouldn’t be able to. The vehicle is heated and offers foil protection against rainy and snowy weather, so you can tour all year round. You will also be provided with guided commentary available in multiple languages to choose from. Stop at any attraction you like for as long as you want, admire, look around, take some pictures, and hop back in the vehicle to move on to the next location - take as much time as you want, there is no rush!
For whom is the tour? Basically, for everyone! Such sightseeing is especially suitable for everyone who wants to tour Krakow on short notice, as the vehicles are on demand and highly available - you will be picked up even within an hour from any spot you’re at. You don’t have time to sightsee? The tour is perfect for you then, as it takes less than an hour to see the whole Old Town, so it is a time-efficient way of touring the city. It is also a great alternative to long walks around the city, especially for people with mobility problems. You also don’t have to spend hours on planning how to commute around the city from one attraction to another, as the whole route is planned and you can just sit back and relax as you’re taken around the whole town. Such sightseeing is also environmentally friendly as all the vehicles are fully electric and don’t produce fumes.
You can choose from three possible routes - Old Town, Kazimerz and Podgórze. Each of them takes less than an hour and shows the most important places from the chosen district. You will see the Main Market Square, the Church of the Cross, the barbican and much more if you choose to sightsee in the Old Town. If you plan on visiting Kazimierz, you will have a chance to see all the incredible synagogues and learn about the history of Jews, as Kazimierz used to be a jewish district. The third option covers Podgórze - a former jewish ghetto. During the tour you will be able to see some of the places from The Schindler’s List movie as well as learn about day to day lives of Jews living in ghetto during World War II.
If you can’t make up your mind which district to choose from, you can combine the routes and sightsee all three of them.
